Kabanos (Cabanossi) 250g
Rockstock Deli Kabanos have little resemblance to the red skinned Cabanossi on supermarkets shelves. Pork, pepper and spices stuffed into thin natural casings and hot smoked – there is no red dye here. Natural sheep casings and long smoking time result in the perfect “snap” when you bite into these long skinny treats.
They can be eaten straight from the pack but are awesome fried or BBQ’d.
Kabanosy have been produced since medieval times and according to some historians, they were hung around the neck (like a necklace), allowing horsemen to eat on the go without stopping for a food break. If you do this with our Kabanos, please send photos.
Minimum 250 grams total (usually 4 kabanos)
